ADreach Ocean Heroes are committed to not only uplifting business but community and the environment too.

 

For the past 3 months the ADreach have been sole sponsors of a river clean-up team based at Blue Lagoon.The team of 6 members from the local Briardene community have concentrated on the ‘plastic islands’ of waste ever since the floods washed everything upstream to the Umgeni river mouth. Exposed sand islands and deep into the mangroves – the team have steadily collected over 2000 bags of waste – which we can proudly say will NOT land up in the ocean.

 

The Blue Lagoon pilot has been so successful that ADreach have signed on for another 6 month term.
